What we collect when you audition, how long we keep it, and how to get rid of it.
Your name, email, phone, date of birth, dialect, availability, how you heard about us, anything you type in the notes, and your audition recording.
A voice recording identifies you, so we treat it as biometric information. We collect it for one purpose: deciding whether to cast you.
Up to 12 months from the day you submit. Then we delete it.
Ask us any time and we do it within 30 days.
We never have, and we do not.
The casting team, and the client commissioning the program, who gets your recording with your first name, language and dialect only. Your contact details, your date of birth and your notes stay with us.
A voice model is only ever built from paid recording sessions under a separate signed licence. Your audition is used to decide whether to cast you and nothing else.
